Visiting this website
The site is provided through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Technical connection data such as IP address, time and requested page is processed for delivery and security. Processing exclusively within Switzerland is not guaranteed.
Contact and forms
We use your information to handle your enquiry. When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, optional company, topic and message are sent to info@valnaro.ch through the email delivery service Resend. The language, timestamp and confirmation of your consent are also transmitted. Your email address is used as the reply-to address. The website does not store your enquiry in its own database or log the message text.
Delivery service and retention
Resend is operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. in the United States. The sending region configured for valnaro.ch is Ireland; Resend states that stored delivery data is nevertheless held in the United States. Resend lists 30-day email and delivery-log retention for its Free, Pro and Scale plans. The agreed service terms govern. VALNARO keeps enquiries in its mailbox for as long as needed to handle them and meet any applicable legal retention requirements. Resend’s privacy and data-processing information is linked below.
Videos and external links
Product images load locally. A YouTube video is embedded only after you click “Load video”. Your browser then connects to YouTube/Google and may transmit your IP address and technical data, including to the US. Leaving or reloading the page ends the embed. External sites apply their own privacy notices.
Analytics and readiness check
VALNARO has not embedded analytics or marketing trackers. The DPP readiness check runs only in browser memory. Answers are neither saved nor sent to VALNARO.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction and deletion, and withdraw consent for the future. Where GDPR applies, further rights include restriction, objection and portability. You may contact the FDPIC or a competent supervisory authority.
